Foals, mint magnums and road-trips!
Hi everyone, I thought i'd do this week's blog about what I have been up to recently, as I have had lots of exciting shoots.
I've been non stop for the past few weeks, as I had a commercial shoot with Huff Equestrian, which I will do an individual blog and post on as I'm super excited about these images. :) . I'm just in love with their summer clothing range. So as you can imagine I have been super busy editing all the lovely images.
I have also learnt that I'm awful at time management, I literally work every minute I'm awake, so I really need to start taking proper lunch breaks and having set hours, she says writing this blog at 10pm!
Oh by the way mint magnums are to die for!
I met Simba a very cute 5 week old foal, owned by Sarah Tuner. Is it just me or do their little tails remind you of a duster.
I had a lovely catch up with Jess, to photograph her and her horse JJ. I was actually stabled opposite Jess about 8 years ago and she's all grown up now and looks gorgeous.
I made the trip to Somerset to meet the lovely Jenny and her horse Flora, Jenny lives on a milking farm so of course I couldn't resist getting a photo of the cows, oh I do love a cow!
I then headed on to Pentillie Castle to meet with Lauree and her rather dashing horse Mr P, for what turned out to be a magical fairy-tale shoot.
I did three mini shoots at a yard I regularly visit, this was organised by the lovely Sofia pictured above (thank you Sofia). I got to meet Erin and her horse T, who was quite the character. Then two sisters, the gorgeous Olive and her pony Sparkle, and Mia who is just adorable, her pony is called Tinker-belle.I know, it's too cute right!
A Pablo update is that he is on Weight Watchers due to gorging himself on the grass in the rested paddock, which I have now named the clotted cream paddock! He is looking like he's about to pop out a foal at any minute. So he's on strict rations much to his dislike.
I had a very exciting shoot yesterday, which I'm excited to share with you in the next few weeks. ;)
Right I'm off to bed!
